IPShare combines quality-checked comprehensive data with high-level features. Users can store, review, rank, highlight and organise patent documents and non-patent literature on an easy-to-use and fully web-based platform which can be accessed from anywhere in the world. IPShare has adapted the use of high-quality patent data – once only available in Minesoft’s web-based solutions for high-stakes professional searching, legal status monitoring and competitive intelligence tools – into a document management & collaboration tool.
Functionalities include chat messages & annotations on a document-by-document basis, and labelling and highlighting sets for each project. An IPShare Project is an exportable collection of patents and non-patent literature, with no hard limit on the number of documents that can be stored in a project. Clients can be assigned to projects to view ongoing work, with permission levels completely customisable so they can only view the areas that you want them to.
In addition, as with other Minesoft solutions it is easy to share vital information (even with non-users!). IPShare offers a complete export option where an entire project (with full text patent documents and all!) can be exported as an Excel file. Alternatively, a less detailed summary of the project can be exported if preferred.
